To: Dr. Ibsen:
I would like to take a moment to thank you & your entire staff, for making my emergency call, the most pleasant experience possible.
Beginning with the lovely lady at the receptionist's desk; she was so kind & understanding; with a wonderful upbeat attitude.
The young man that drew my blood was also very kind, and exceptionally talented at "poking" the needle; didn't even feel it!
The X-ray tech again, was so friendly, & understanding of my pain, & made is as easy as possible for me while taking the X-rays.
Last, but certainly not the least! Dr. Ibsen, your terrific sense of humor; even though you had to be exausted; absolutely put me at ease, while delighting me; even if it did hurt laughing!
Now, the care. I feel you went the extra mile to determine the cause of my pain. The antibiotics you gave, worked very quickly & effectively. I certainly appreciated your thoughtfullness & caution, to have me wait 20 minutes in the office after the shot; since I had a long way to drive home, alone.

To have Teresa call with my bloodwork results over the weekend floored me! And when you called Monday to check on my Doctor; I couldn't hardly believe it! This is the kind of care that was given 30-40 years ago; and is unheard of in today's world! It is so gratifying that I've found a team that puts their patients ahead of the dollar sign! At my regular Doctor's office the day I cam to you; the receptionist was curt, & turned me away.
I've never written a letter to a Doctor before; but simply had to write this one, to let you know how very much your wonderful Clinic is! Helena is very, very fortunate to have you here! Although I do not wish an injury or illness to happen to me again; I will say, I'll certainly look forward to having the changce to visit you & your staff again!
